These SMS Terms describe the text message program operated by Savvy AI ("Savvy Lead Gen," "we," "us," or "our") for users who opt in via savvyleadgen.com. By providing your mobile number on our intake form and submitting it, you agree to these SMS Terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

How to opt in
You opt in to receive SMS messages from Savvy Lead Gen by entering your mobile phone number into the intake form on savvyleadgen.com and clicking the submit button. Submission constitutes your express written consent to receive SMS messages from Savvy Lead Gen at the number you provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.
Consent is not required as a condition of purchase. You can receive information about our services without opting in to SMS — just email us at the address above instead.
What kinds of messages we send
- Response to your inquiry — confirming we received your intake submission and following up with next steps.
- Scheduling — appointment reminders, confirmations, and rescheduling.
- Account and service messages — updates related to the engagement you opted in to.

Initial message you'll receive after opt-in:

How to opt out
You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we'll send one confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, and you will not receive any further SMS messages from this program unless you opt in again.
You can also opt out by emailing matt@savvyleadgen.com with the subject "STOP SMS" and the phone number to remove.

Costs
